35 hours/week (4-day work week) | 8-week summer position
Pine Cliff Lodge is hiring for summer help during our busy guest season. We’re looking for dependable, hard-working people who enjoy active work, being outdoors, and being part of a small, high-standard team.
Lodging is not provided, so applicants must live within commuting distance of Pine Cliff Lodge.

Position 1: Housekeeping & Lodge Support
​​Best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in clean, well-prepared spaces.
​
Responsibilities may include:

Cleaning cabins between guest stays

Laundry and restocking supplies
-
Cleaning the main lodge and guest areas
-
Preparing cabins and lodge spaces for check-in day
-
Helping with general lodge tasks as needed (paint projects, organizational projects, water flowers, outdoor projects)
Position 2: Grounds & Outdoor Maintenance
Best suited for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work and working with their hands.
​Responsibilities may include:​

Weed whacking, mowing, and general groundskeeping

Dock, boat, and fish house cleaning

Garbage runs and outdoor cleanup

Pressure washing as needed

Assisting with basic maintenance projects
Team Environment
We’re a small, hands-on team. While each role has a primary focus, there are times—especially on Saturdays—when everyone works together to get cabins, boats, and the property ready for incoming guests.
A willingness to pitch in and support the team is important.
